Low master cyl bleeding issue

Are there any special tricks for bleeding a 4 wheel drum setup with a frame mounted master cylinder? 4 of the wheel cylinders are higher than the m/c and we're having problems getting them bled. When using a vacuum bleeder the flow doesn't continue once the vacuum is turned off, even when the drain line is lower than the m/c.
