1976 Dodge With 383 Converted From Electronic Ignition To Points

Hello everyone I bought a 1976 Dodge 100 last winter and have yet to get it to run. I bought from a company up in Wisconsin that had it donated it to them so I have absolutely no information from the previous owner.
The truck is a regular cab short bed and came from the factory with a slant 6 with electronic ignition however I received the truck with a 383 with points ignition. Im not sure what the 383 came out of but it is a 1968 motor.

I gave the truck a good lookin over and here are the things I found:
1. The fuel line was disconnected from the carburetor and was sitting in a plastic bottle.
2. A couple of the bolts on the front of the oil pan where it goes into the timing cover were missing.
3. The wiring was spliced into in a couple different places to change the ignition over from electronic to points.
4. The spark plugs looked fairly decent. Not worn or fouled.
5. Someone had changed the oil and put a new filter on but didnt start the motor. There was no oil in the filter.
6. There was an aftermarket mechanical fuel pump on the motor.
7. A pretty bad radiator hose leak.
8. The battery was dead.
9. The starter wouldnt engage.

I didnt even bother trying to start the truck but with the things I listed I came to the conclusion that there wasnt any gas getting to the carburetor so someone changed out the fuel pump. After that there probably still wasnt any gas getting to the carb so I figured the fuel pump push rod was bad.
I cant explain why the front bolts were missing from the oil pan or why the oil was changed but the motor not started.

I recently gave the truck a tune up. I replaced the radiator hose, battery, starter, plugs, plug wires, points, condensor, cap, rotor, coil, both the 2 prong and 4 prong resistors and put in a new Holley Mighty Mite electric fuel pump.
I was kinda baffled as to why theres two resistors wired in but I traced the wires while looking at some diagrams and things seem to be wired right but since it was a conversion from electronic to points ignition im not 100% sure its correct.
I tried starting the truck today and the motor cranks over and is getting plenty of gas but I dont think its getting any spark.

Im going to attach some pictures of the wiring before I did the tune up on the truck. Hopefully theres nothing wrong with the motor and that this is just a wiring problem.

Heres a diagram I made in paint to better show where the wires are ran.

Make sure the coil is getting voltage while in the cranking mode?
