Question Coil Terminal Connector Broke.

Hi,

Of the 2 connectors that go on the Coil, ones Red & other is Black & Yellow. Is the res positive? My black/yellow connector is broke so can I use any round connector for replacement?

The terminal is no big deal, hardware store stuff is fine. As far as colors and polarity, typically in a DC system black is - and red is +, but a quick look at a wiring diagram for your application is a good idea anyway.

If I remember correctly, it will run fine until 3000 rpm, then break up. And there's no way your tach would be happy.
