Horn relay

Hello gearheads, does anyone know where my horn relay is located in my 72 charger, can't find it under the dash. Dual Horns do not work, checked everything but relay. Where is the darn thing??? Thanks

Look on the rad support on the left side - that's where most are mounted.

Should be plugged right into the fuse panel. Go to MyMopar download a FREE shop manual

I looked in the 73 manual page 8-132

in the 72 Plymouth manual page 8-160

"horn relay and key in buzzer"

Doesn't ANYBODY EVER USE shop manuals anymore? Back in "my day" I would have KILLED to have had a factory manual for all of my cars.

Mine is located right under the horns on the radiator support. Passenger side. Don't know if been relocated or not. Old cars you just never know what has been done.

Shop manual download is good! Great place to start.

Horn relay Location

Its not on the rad support or plugged into the fuse block. I have a CD with the exploded parts view and a CD with a service manual, neither tells me where it is located. Must be the car never had one when I bought it. Never tried the horn the few months before I started restoration process. Thanks for the info people. I'll keep working at it.

Well it IS in the fuse panel. I'm tellin you. THAT is where it is.. It might be MISSING but it's there.

Tell you what, let's take a different approach.........what IS plugged into the fuse panel that isn't a fuse? Now take a GOOD look at "empty places" on the fuse panel.

The following are screenshots out of the 71--72 shop manuals. Plymouth, yes, but Satellite is same as charger
