Log style exhaust manifolds needed

I have HP style now and need to change to correct for 66 log style. The HP's interfere with my steering angle.

This is what I have now that is incorrect:

And this is correct for the year and what I need;

Nice looking ride. If you can't find the correct manifolds, I think a set of shorty headers from Shumakers would fit and give you the clearence needed.

Hey there. Really in Austin Texas? I see no AC there, must be hot! I am in Austin too, and I need to work on the AC on one of my 440's.

I had seen a website once where they were testing the HP manifolds, and they had no benefit compared to regular manifolds. I don't think headers is a good idea, too many headaches for the benefits, the Mopar manifolds are reasonable enough.

Do you have a 383 on that Fury?

Log manifolds were the first thing that hit the scrap pile.

I looked and have two sets of bb hp manifolds but no bb, just sb logs.

Yes, NW Austin, Parmer and Mopac.

383-4bbl. It runs great. Where are you? I never see cars anything like mine.

Too expensive, and I'm trying to keep it pretty stock. Thanks though.

Like your red interior. Is it original?

I am on Lamar and 24th. I have two Imperials, 440s. Even more rare than your Fury ... I have seen a Chrysler 300 convertible in town recently, 69 or 70. I have seen another Chrysler, 66 or 67 around town. I had seen a 4 door sedan Fury around town recently too, that was a small block car.

Interior is all original. It is showing some wear, but not too bad for 50 years. Do you get your Imperials out?

I would prefer a set of stock manifolds for their authenticity. I need a set of stock manifolds for steering shaft clearance!

Imperials go out occasionally. Black car, with presentable leather interior, got AC compressor busted last summer. Have not fixed that yet. May be next month. But car runs well, 440 feels like it has a cam upgrade, pulls well all the way to 5K. Green car, not as presentable, I am on the last stages of tuning after an aggressive cam and some head work done to it. You can see my thread in the Engines, Fuel, Exhaust systems section. I also got a sway bar bracket broken on the lower control arm, looking for options to weld that back on. When done, this car should have a very strong upper end (not that the other one doesn't!).

Let me know when you get the Fury working.
