Coolio9,
Depending on what kind of money you are looking to spend, there are several ways you can go.
Disc set-ups from a `73 and newer a-body is one way to go. If you can find a doner car, take the calipers, spindles, and lower control arms, along with the master cylinder and propositioning valve. It is a bolt-on affair.
If you are willing to spend $800-1500, you could go with one of the aftermarket set-ups, such as Wilwood or MP Brakes.

If you gowith the 73-76 dart/valiant setup, make sure you get the upper control arm with the setup [from the 73-76] the newer setup uses a larger upper ball joint. If you find them impossible to remove {they can be a B*tch}, you can get new ones from Master Power Brakes.

Scarebird
There also is a company called Scarebird that makes disc brake conversion kits for drum brake cars. They offer a bracket that will bolt onto your drum brake spindle, preferably 10" drums I think. Then you buy Celebrity calipers & rotors along with Cadillac hoses, all pretty cheap. This is obviously not for diehard Mopar purists but it is the least expensive option. There are a few write ups on FABO. It also looks like the easiest to do.
