71 Dart Glass

I'm looking at picking up a 71 Dart, but it has no window glass. Aparently, one of the children took to breaking all the windows If it isn't too much of a problem, does anyone have a source for replacement glass? Windshiled, and probably rear window gass is easy...door, quarter, and vent window glass is what I am looking for.

I assume it is a Dart Swinger. I havn't seen it yet, but when I talked to the guy yesterday, he said it was rough. Having all the windows broke out, it has been exposed to the elements for a while. I am thinking rusted floor pans now, and shot interrior. He did say though it has a big V8 ( he thinks 360 ) and had a bigger rear end than his Valient. He pulled the rear some time ago for his Valient, but said if I help him put it back, it goes with the car. I'll know more tomorrow, and will take some pix. I am hoping it is actually a 340 car. THAT will insure a purchase If it is indeed a 360, I can transplant that to my truck, and put the 340 from my Duster in the Dart when I get my 451 in.

So many projects...so little time...

try asking a glass supplier. it might be as easy as that. if it's a 4d, i think i have the 4 vent windows.

Well, that was a bust It was further along in it's death than I had hoped for. I was hoping it would at least be a roller once the rear end was reinstalled.

Green 318 2 door Dart Swinger. Bench seat, column shift...Lots of rust under the vinyl top that was mostly gone. All the glass was indeed gone...some of the windshield glass had melted over the steering wheel

There were a few good parts, but the stuff I would want ( grill, fenders, hood and trunk lids, all had issues.

Oh, and the blackberry bush that overgrew the car was a nice touch...
