'73 440 duster

first off id like to say hey to everyone, this is my first post. ive been looking around lately for a mopar and i recently found something that im thinking about getting. hes trying to get $9,600 for it but i wanna talk him down to like $8,800. let me know what you think. i think i might be able to get him down to $6,000.

its a 1973 plymouth duster with:

* 440, 4-speed
* Aluminum heads
* New posi rear
* Green bearings, Yukon axles
* Center force clutch
* Chrome headers

it looks like it has a fiberglass bumper, aluminum heads and tti headers so its got some good parts.Whats all done to the motor? Do you know how fast it is?

looks like a good deal to me. it pretty sick lookin'. i would scrape that "jegs" crap of the window though. it really kills the whole look.
