missing kickdown linkage

the PO put a Holley 4160 or something on my '68 318 Dart, and left out part of the kickdown linkage from the bellcrank and bracket thing mounted to the back of the intake manifold to the carb. The part from the trans to the bell crank is still there and connected to the trans. The transmission shifts hard unless it's under moderate acceleration, won't shift into 3rd until 30mph, and of course, won't downshift until you really slow down. Any ideas on where to find another linkage would be great, too. Thanks

Peter
