stalling issues

I have a 76 Cordoba with 400. Recently after perfect starting - the car runs for about 2 minutes and then stalls abruptly. Will not restart - just cranks. After overnight - cars starts perfectly and the same - stalls and will not restart until next day. I seem to be getting plenty of fuel after the stall. I checked for resistance and continuity after cool down and - all okay. The other day, I started it and it ran perfect for all the time until I turned off. I pulled the ECU off and noticed two small areas of leaking on the back side. I am thinking some type of breakdown of a capacitor or something causing the melting and ultimate leaking. Your thoughts would be appreciated. THANX

Leaking not good, replace it. If it doesn't completely solve the problem look at the coil.
