72 Swinger - Street Brawler
this will be a picture post
If any questions, I'll be glad to answer
pulled it out of hibernation last fall
start at the bottom
needle scaler works easiest, in cold weather
dollied out the wheel wells for max clearance
then widen them 3 1/2 inches
added frame connectors
move springs into the frame connectors.
replaced the spare tire well
replaced both front floor pans/ added clearance for the over drive trans/ trans shield

while the paint was curing
I worked on
moving the master cylinder
clearance the shock tower, front frame rail
to get the exhaust manifolds to fit..
frenched the frail rail for the E-85 to pass thru
I coat of F-6
the fun begins
custom built
Big Block K-Frame
540 - 1050 E-85 carb- 13.7 comp- solid roller
518 shift kit, other mods
Freak Show Convertor > built to spec.
JW bell housing
Trans shield
1410 u joints
Dana 60 - 3.73 sg
35 spline moser axles

if you look at the passenger side inner fender
it has been clearance d like they did for the hemi dart
gotta make it roll
AND Stop

i'm exhausted sanding on the body
it is almost ready for paint
I did install a new headliner
while it was upside down on the rotisserie > so much easier
on the exhaust had to make "S" head pipes to get the exhaust in the right direction
custom trans cross member to keep drive line angles correct

17 gal tank/ magaflow 300 pump, on a relay
made the engine mounts solid
nut welded to the inside of the spool mounts

tried to make the cooling system look factory.
un sodered and re-mounted the radiator forward
for clutch clearance.
had to move the alternator
for passenger side exhaust manifold clearance

-8 braided line for trans lines
black cylinder is a Cummins trans cooler
run into the front cooler
then back to the trans /trans temp gauge in cooler

working on wiring
