89 D100 318/ 904 tranny

Considering changing 904 to 727. Can I use the tranny mount crossmember or do I need a new one? The 727 is longer so Will have to make some driveshaft adjustment. Is it just the front yoke sleeve or do I need a different shafts altogether? Of course speedo gear will have to be changed but anything else? I am deleting the ECU & all pollution stuff so will have to have manual kick down & of course torque converter. If I have missed something please help.

All the above sounds correct.... Also, If your going to use the column shifter i think it will take a different linkage rod.
