1973 Charger intake?

I am looking to buy a 1973 Dodge Charger, I have one in mind, and after talking to the seller and trying to research the car I am a little confused. The guy said it’s a 400 with a 440”s intake with a 4 barrel carb; is that possible to have a 440’s intake on a 400 and what is the hp for this car?

Not possible

The 400 is a B block and 440 is RB. The B and RB's are not interchangeable. Seller must not know much about Mopar and possibly very little about the car. Need more info to determine HP
