66 belvedere fender tag help

could someone please decode this tag for me? thanks,

what i came up with was its a 66(R) plymouth belvedere.(H) in a high price class. (23)2door hrdtop,(H) 426 hemi,(I) made in the lynch rd plant. detroit.

thanks...I wish it was a hemi....I'm really trying to get the trim and paint code correct from the tag.....thanks again
