Question 72 B-body BILLET hood hinges

Im really digging these billet hood hinges made by Ringbrothers...only problem is they're only producing them for the 66-70 b-bodies. Does anybody know of any other company producing billet hinges like these?

http://ringbrothers.com/1966-1970-b-...hinge-kit.html

Heres another question, would the 71-72 b-body hood hinges also be the same as 71-74 e-body hinges?? Only reason i say this is because the inner fenders are the same, so therefore the mounting holes/position should be equal too.

Ringbrothers are not producing e-body hinges to my knowledge either...BUT maybe if we can stir up enough interest in these, they may start tooling them. And im pretty positive the e-body guys could create more demand for these things than the 71-72 b-body guys.

I wanna know what you guys think. hit me up! laterz

Those ones are out of my price range. I was thinking of doing something custom with the newer Mustang style that hide inside the firewall.

I believe the 71 - 74 B-body hinges are interchangeable. Keep an eye on eBay. I picked up a pair or refurbished ones a few months ago for $100, that fit right in and work perfectly. Neat chrome plated springs too.

Archer.
