not much to tell yet. Is a 1972 charger 318 auto. I had a 71 in the early 90s and always regreted trading it. Im going to restore it to almost original with some mods that i think it should have had. Its auto on the column ,ralley dash, duel factory exhaust with rear valance panel cutouts, hideaway headlights, and the front bench buddy seat. Ill have way more info and pics thanks Russ

well floor pans ordered today. time to cut the windshield and back window out.

Awesome project!! I like your plans for the build, you'll have a sick ride when you're done.
Just looking at your car makes me want to get back to work on mine. But I have to be practical and finish fixing my daily driver instead of working on the "Ye Olde Pipedream"
floors done!!! but found som rot in the driver side firewall behind the e-brake pedal. also around the cowl area.

Awesome work!! Your floor made the rust issues on my 72 look easy. . .holy taleedo. Keep it up man!!
Well front susp. is all stripped off. New bushings and a disk brake conversion going back on. All parts are being media blasted then painted black with red bushings. Should come out nice, pics when done.
Where did you get the new floor boards? I'm tinkering around on my 71 charger but I'm about to get serous by this winter or next spring after my current project is at a good stopping point. It seams to be less aftermarket items out there for the third gen chargers. I'm going to need a lot of replacement panels! Keep it up on the car, Its great to see people put in the work to revive true classics!
i found them on ebay for a good price. The front 3/4 panels fit with very little modification. I wasnt as satisfied with the rear panels. They were the cheapest i could find and i got what i paid for. I made them work but i should have spent a little more cash on a better set. The charger is comming along slowley. I should post some pics later tonight.
