C-body rear in a 72 Charger

So this was cool. My sister has a 72 charger and i am helping her install a 383, 727, and a 8 3/4. The engine and trans are just about ready to install and I figured it was a good time to start the rear end swap. I have had a 67 8 3/4 from a newyorker lying around for a while and when we checked it, it was just a little bit narrower than the 8 1/4 that was in it. She got the offset spring hangers, shackles, and superstock springs that would move the springs inward to allow full use of the factory wheel wells. After the springs were all hung and ready I set the housing in there and it fit perfectly dropped rite down into the locating holes... I still can't believe it I was really ready to cut off the old perches to weld new ones on and just hapened to set it in there even before checking the measurements. Cool huh? I think we are going to run some 3.91's in there and are not sure on tire size yet. I run a 295/50/15 on my 72 but we are thinking of running a 28" tire of the same width. Maybe something like a 28x10 dont know yet but it should be fun.
