Hi, can you please help recognise the coolant recovery tank
Attachment 18804 cant find any info on this, as well as replacement, is it original or DIY? can find how original look like either. Thank you |

Aftermarket/DIY. And I think I might have a similar one. However, mine has the inlet on the bottom and a plain top. Originals usually show up on eBay. Archer |

It was in my car for about 30 years (see pic), I bought it at an auto-parts store (can't remember which) for about $5. Generic puke can. Blue paint was from a rattle can. Replaced it last year with a polished stainless steel one from an eBay seller. Summit, JEGS and just about everybody else has usable ones. Archer |
Thank you, asking this, because I'm from Cyprus and whenever I order anything from us I pay +$60 for delivery + 20%VAT, so original coolant tank cost over $140 for me. *crying*

Ouch. Since it wasn't a factory piece, you might be better off just seeing what's available locally. OR, just for function, you could easily fabricate something. Archer |
Some European vehicle muat have some kind of recovery tank that can be adapted You could even use a soda bottle
