Height and other questions

Thursday (yesterday), I adjusted the air/fuel ratio at work....and then we lowered the front due to it looking like there is no motor in the poor thing... It was lowered bit too far (didnt notice until I had to pull over couple miles down the road and raised it until there the tires were clear of the wheelwell. About 1/4 mile from home, my driver tire started smoking and so i pulled over to notice that the tire was angled. Made it home but by that time, it had melted the bearings. Well, I ordered new bearings....recieved today...and decided to go ahead and change the ball joints both upper and lower(tasked for next weekend due to shipping) which are the "screw-in". My questions are:

What is the measurement from "level" ground to wheelwell suppose to be, tire size is p235/75R15 (15's due to the Buick "Vector wannabes")?

The screw in ball joints - upper and lower, what do I need to remove and install?

And for S.A.G, Im thinking (well more of wanting) to get a center console... What vehicles should I be looking for to take the cc out of?

Tomorrow Im going to make a list of things to do so Im probably just going to use this thread as my questions....instead of making new threads for each encounter if thats ok? Decided to make this post/thread tonight before I forget and go about doing something wrong on the car.

Check out this link for the upper ball joint. Also a lot of penetrating oil and maybe even a torch. http://www.americanmuscle.biz/23457_...et_p/23457.htm
