non rally to rally dash

If you're going from a straight across speedometer to the round speedometers, you will have to change the metal mounting framework in order to bolt the dash in, as well as the wiring harness. The Rally Dash is much larger than the straight across dash. Changing out the metal framework isn't that large a deal, it just requires the windshied to be pulled, the bolts along the front removed, two bolts on the side, about the top of the kick panel to be loosened or removed, and a couple of rod type braces to the inside of the firewall to be removed, then the reverse to replace it with the rally cluster dash framework. This hold true for both Dodge and Plymouth.
In your '68, if you're just going from a 120 speedo to a 150 speedo, that is just a swap, direct, no problems whatsoever, as long as it's the straight across type of speedo.
