Seat Belt Replacement

Well my driver side lap belt seized for good :-(
I'd like to replace it with a nice white modern style belt.
Does anyone have any good recommendations?
The problem seems to be finding a certified one in white w/o having to install a roll cage, etc...

Car info: 1972 Dodge Charger SE w/ a '69 440, Holley 6 barrel, 4.10 diff, etc...

dont know if they come in white, i have a set of simpson 3" lap belts in mine - the eye-bolt they come with is the same thread size as the stock belt provisions.
