Update on the rescued Roadrunner
 

Some may remeber when I bought this car a year and a half ago. It was parked on a farm in Fernley Nevada for ten years. I trailered it home and started working on it.

Interior has been given a facelift. Exterior was completely buffed out by me and restriped. Grill was restored. All the missing parts were located here and there. It's not perfect, but it is once again, a proud bird.

As of yesterday, It's a driver again! I'm stoked

wow! that came out awesome - after everything to get it looking that good, you're crazy if you sell it

Here a two pics of the 73 the day I brought it home a year and a half ago. This is the same paint, by the way. Gotta love enamel.

I'm planning to keep it. Unless someone walks up with $10,000 plus in cash. :D

Wow, your car looked pretty straight when you got it. It looks awesome now....you did a very good job. You should be proud of your work! Nothing like a big bucket of elbow grease to a project going!!!

looks great and good job its a good feeling to see um fixed back up instead of rotting away in sumones back yard.

I did some tuning on the motor today. Now there is a big posi patch out front of my house.

Funny thing is, i didn't even know it had a posi. When on jack stands the tires turn opposite. Mash on the gas and full posi.:D
