I'd like to buy a set of the stainless steel visors or I think they're called VENT SHADES for a '66 Belvedere 4dr. They fit between the weatherstrip and the door frame at the top of the window. I've seen 'em all my life and have instaled a few sets on vans I've had. I've been looking online and haven't found any. Thanks in advance.

 

thanks, I've checked with them..... just have plastic ones. the ones I'm thinking of are stainless and have a dk. green finiish on the underside. they stick in the window opening and have 2 sheetmetal screws that hold them in place............ still lookin'

 

I would agree normally but the car is a pretty complete '66 City of Miami cop car clone and they had 'em. Ol' Belvedere runs and drives pretty good. Lots more fun since the A/C is working. There's probably a warehouse full of those shades out there somewhere......... stiil have to be easier to find than the gas cap I found a couple of weeks ago.
