nice looking car has a few little spots of rust starting a few dents the car is in good shape from what i can tell from the pics it would bring in around 6-11 grand being that it dont have the original motor that hurts the value but i wouldnt pass it up if its a good deal its a great starter

do some comparitive research on-line and check local listings as well. I would think that care in above average shape even non#s matching would command around 15K. All things being equal. As long as no major stuff needs replacing thats my guess...

I'm not a charger expert, or much of an expert at anything, but I'd try googling charger, rust areas, and anything else you can think of. Then go look at the car again. Pay attention to the area at the bottom of the rear window, common place. See what patch panels are made for the car, that will tell you that there is a demand for parts to repair those areas. Hope some one else has more for you. Good luck

I see some bubbles there by the sail panel. Besides normal rust locations (lower quarter, etc), Chargers are specifically prone to rust around the sail panel area (especially if a vinyl top was ever on the car), and underneath the back glass at the lower corners.
Ensure your vaccumm canisters operate smoothly for the hide away headlight covers. A 68 Charger with the headlight covers wired open looks like butt.
Nice looking ride, if everything runs and operates as good as it looks, I'd probably snap it up. Price? Well, I'm a cheap bastard, but look around your local area, check Hemmings Motor News and Mopar Collector Guide; check Craigslist local and Ebay....you can also look up NADA Blue Book for colelctor cars. It's only worth what someone's willing to pay.

around here in michigan and surrounding states I can get one like that for about 8 grand. That is a car thats non #s matching the car your looking at is nice no doubt about that. Because its non matching that would not make me pay anymore for it than what i could get a regular charger for in my opinion if a car is a R/T it should have it original motor if its a Cuda same thing I want the #s matching before i fork out more than what the car will bring me later down the road. I am not saying the car isnt worth it but being that it has the rust starting and dents and stuff thats money you will be forking out to get it fixed if you decide to. I dont know if you have done any looking at parts but Mopar is one of the more expensive cars out there to restore. best of luck

for the most part they look good does the car have its build sheet i think you would have to have that in order to have one made because they wouldnt be able to get all of the information from the vin I think not 100% sure I do have a line on a very nice 69 charger R/T # matching 440 restored that is owned by my buddy he would part with for about 20 -25 grand U.S. he offered it to me for 16 but i have no room for it just sits under a car cover
