What offset wheels will fit a 66 Belvedere with disc brakes

What offset wheels will fit a 66 Belvedere with disc brakes
Hi,
I'm a newbe here. I've got a 1966 Belvedere II that I'm in the process of installing front disc brakes on. The instructions say I haved to go to a 15" or larger wheel to clear. I need some help as to what offset wheel I can use. Right now I just want to put some wheels on for rolling around as I'm doing work to it and later get some 18" or so wheels. I plan on lowering the car so I need wheel offset and tire size if anyone has done this.
