I'm almost positive you have to change the oil pan and pick up. If I'm not mistaken, the motor home 440 has the rear sump on it like truck 440's do.

Unless the emissions sticker tells you on the rv. that its a 440, id look at the Id pad and make sure it is, they were putting industrial grade 413`s in the rv`s into the early 80`s. wouldnt want you to get rooked. Alot of stuff is different from a car 440-to a rv block. the water pump passages go from the pump right into the heads on rvs. so you will need different heads.the pan is rear sump. youll need a c-body pan for your charger. then you`ll need to get the rubber isolator motor mounts for a big block 72-5 b-body. the saddle `s the same but the isolators are different. just get a set from napa. or auto zone. get the whole mount not just the rubber filler.Ive done afew of them. the trans is the same. The exhaust manifolds for the rv are diff. too. youll need a b-c-body man. or headers. good luck.
