hello, and welcome. the 4bbl is gonna be a tough find, i spent yrs looking fo a stock manifold for mine,
search ebay, i saw a 6bbl manifold for 1 up for sale a wile ago. also try a machine/engine shop, i asked a local shop yrs ago if they could find me a aluminum 1, they found 1 for about $300 new. lowering it... is the axel above the springs or below?

on my monaco the rear was already on top of the springs. i used 3 inch lowering blocks and air shocks and it sets my car down pretty good. as for the front i ust adjusted the tortion bars. i am debating on changing to 4 barrel aswell
