1970 Dodge Polara Custom
Hey guys
I just started a build with my 16 year old son on a 1970 Polara Custom 2 door. I am finding that the biggest road block is finding parts for this car. Does anyone have a source for interior parts suck as seat foam and seat covers for this car? Mechanically it's solid. The only issue with it is the fuel sending unit was pooched so I ordered a new one to get that issue resolved. I'm looking for any information I can that will help us out in the build.
I've always been a Chevy guy and this is my first Mopar, so this is all new to me

Here is the car right now. I'm going to spray it satin black and lower the car a couple inches over the winter. We also want to address the front seat issue because the foam is busted up pretty bad on the drivers seat.

Upholstery shop should be able to help you redo the seat, that is a c-body so thos are the parts you will be looking for. Keep us posted on the drop and paint, Like to see what it looks like when done.

Unfortunately as a fellow c body owner I know how hard it is to find parts. Drive train parts pretty much cross over on most Mopars except c body oil pan but interior stuff eBay will be your best friend. Other option is find a parts car with a rotten body and good interior. I found a 71 4 door a few years back for $500.
Good luck! Looking forward to seeing progress.
