Okay, I have a total of 6 hub caps for my Dodge Polara that are all exactly the same...except three are bent out of shape. I bought a new one to complete my car, but it is a little different. Take a look at the pictures...

The different one is the one that is shiny on the interior ring. The rest have that matte looking finish. I'm not sure if that finish is intentional or if it's some sort of oxidation. But it looks so perfectly confined, and uniform, and the majority are that way. Any body else know which way it should be? Thanks for your help!
