Need info on Reverb Unit for 66 NY

I would like to install a Reverb Unit for my 66 - I am new to Mopar and really dont know what the unit looks like . Was it part of the factory radio or add on with a seperate switch and unit hooks into the radio harness ?

in my 68 300 vert its mounted behind the rear seat
