Having metal work done on my 70 Challenger R/T (rear window frame repair, rear deck filler panel (panel between rear window and trunk lid), and trunk pan.

Also, replacing the center support bracket that sits under the rear deck filler panel (provides support, and trunk lid rods go through it to hold trunk lid up).


Problem: The Auto Metal Direct (AMD) Deck Lid Support Bracket # 651-2570 does not match the contour/configuration of the (original?) part that came off.

Not seeing any other part available. Any body experience similar issues, and know where I can source the correct part ?


Tried to attach jpeg files (as small as 44kb), but fails at 50% with an Alert window that says nothing.

New to the forum, and appreciate any help !
