Spare parts

Does anyone carry spare electrical parts? Just had my ballast resistor go out. Should I also carry a regulator and spare alternator? Anything else? Belts, hoses, etc? it's a cruiser, so I wouldn't be traveling much further than 150 miles from home. Thanks.

you dont carry spair resisters? HF has a small VOM red in color cheap and more than good enough for most auto work. when i had the the basic chrysler electronic ignition i ALL ways caried 2 in the glove box. they are cheap and you WILL need one sooner or latter.

A good idea.. IN all my years I never needed one.. You can use a 4 prong if a 2 isn't available
