Will 1970 quarters fit on a 1973

I'm restoring a 73 Barracuda for my sister and it needs quarters. The body shop that put on the skins for my Uncle when he owned it distroyed them. I had the car stripped and found 1/2 inch of bondo over the seams, unground welds, the definition of cave and pave.
I'd like to put 70 quarters on the 73. We are filling in the marker lights front and rear. The 70 rear quarter marker lights are well below the body line compared to the 73 which are on the body line.
Will the quarter fit the tail light panel? Door opening? Sail panel.

I've read that AMD is preferred over Goodmark, do you all agree?

Thanks for any help

I believe that you can...

No. 70-71 and then 72-74.

What is the difference between the two besides side markers that he's filling.

It looks like the trunk lid, trunk gutters, roof, and door skins are all the same 70-74. The tail panels are different but is the interface between the tail panel to the quarter different?

AMD sells them. They list the two as different, so you need to ask them if the mounting points match. If the only difference is the marker lights that can be fixed, or ignored.

They fit. The only difference is in the marker lights. The ‘72 and later used recessed marker lights.
