Auto trans swap
 

I have a 1970 d100 sweptline. Had three on tree that someone converted to floor shift. I am wanting to swap out with an auto trans. Which trans will bolt in?? 318 2wd. Thanks.

The simplest would be a 7:27 or 9:04 for a small block.

for a truck get a 727 or IF you want overdrive a 42re or some such trans

A 904 will be your easiest and cheapest solution if your not doing any heavy towing.
