Can anyone identify these heads?
hello there,
I've never posted on here but I was trying to find out some info. I have some old hemi heads that I have no idea what year it comes from or anything of that sort. I'm going to post some pictures and hope someone can help out with any info at all! thanks my grandfather passed away and collected a lot of old car parts and I am trying to drum up money to fix the house. Any help would be great.
Thank you, See pics below.

seams odd the valve cover isnt stamped with the make. the red color makes me think its a dodge. i never saw a chrysler hemi in red, mostly silver. i have looked every where and cant find that casting number. there are people that know the early hemis better than i. the 50s plys did not have hemis. some places go by the length of the head. the chrysler has a longer head than all or most of the dodge hemis. i played with the chrysler 392 hemi some. my dad and i put a 392 in a 59 ply. dad tried to race the GTOs. but couldent beat them. he was giving a way 1,000 lbs

It looks like a Chrysler industrial hemi heads. they even made them in the early sixties AFTER they were gone in the cars. the used them in boats, firetrucks pump motors generators etc. they were painted red IIRC. they were 331's or 354's. Valve covers could be aftermarkets. this is all a guess though...

It's been a while since I have seen some but they look like DeSoto Firedome valve covers. IIRC, all if the identification would be on the spark plug wire covers that would have been screwed to those three studs.
