internally balanced 5.9l?

are the 5.9l magnums (1999) balanced internally or externally?

external balance It is possible to internal balance with heavy metal, very $$$$$$ adds unneeded weight

Didn't you mention that you may get a 4 inch crank? If so my scat 9000 series balanced up internally easily. Mine took one slug and one slug was in the quote which was still cheaper than external balance.
