p0004 code

Ok guys i need some help. I pull this code off my truck. I've found a lot of info. Of what it is. but nothing on how to fix it. I've got an 08 2500 with a 6.7. I've tried to clear it. But still there. Surely someone has an answer. To my problem

P0004 - Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit High - Sound about right? If so then the pump or regulator are trying to dump more fuel in because the computer believes that the motor is running lean. I'd start looking for vacuum leaks and go from there. Other than that, I'm really no help as I don't know that much about diesels.

Another possibility is that there is a leak in the fuel line somewhere.

If you can/want, the dealership actually has books on vehicle specific diagnostics that cover all the codes. Might be some money but might also be something to invest in as they explain what the code is and how to diag it.
