Has anyone adjusted the headlight beams in a 2010 Dakota?
I see a small 7mm socket on top with a gear that turns completely around, but I see no change in the headlight beam height when I turn it. I may have broken these now.

There is also what looks to be an adjustment screw in a white plastic housing on the outer edge of each light, but a not sure what to do with it and it is hard to reach.
If any one knows about these adjusters, or has access to a service manual that details how to adjust the beam up/down and left/right, would appreciate your help.
