Need help, 4.7 Dakota V8
 

Replaced all timing gears, chains, guides. Pretty sure installed right, but when rotate as book states, the marks don't line up as it shows. Rebuilt the heads at same time. can someone explain what am doing wrong. To find TDC with #1 cylinder and install everything so correct....thanks
