hey guys i have a 1974 plymouth duster i want to know is there a way to add an a.c. to the car and how much im i looking at thanks!

You're in the wrong spot bro, no duster guys in here. But to answer your question there are lots of aftermarket ac units available at various prices.

you will be looking at about $1400 if you istall it and thats for the 134 refrigerant. you could pull a system from a f or m body car. with the r12 but i wouldnt suggest that for the reson when the shop goes to charge it they will tell you to replace everything. but they make tons of universal kits that sell for what i listed above
