Gainesville Raceway will host the Gator Nationals this weekend... Yours truely will be there with our Drap Pak Challenger in Stock Eliminator.. we hurt our motor our last outing in Orlando two weeks ago and have really put in the hours to get her back together.. Spun rod bearing 6... Lost the crank and two rods... All back together now and sounds great.. just finished loading up and will be heading out in the morning... Reports will be live from Gainesville this weekend......

We are in line at the Gators... Start parking the Sportsmen Racers at Noon... We are number 129.......

 

I'll be sure and check out your car. It looks great in pictures, can't wait to see it in person. I'll be helping a friend with his Super Comp car.

 

We are finally in... Parking is a nightmare.... If we were any further down the racetrack we would be in the lake at the end.. We are down past the first turn off and in the last pit.. there are two or three more down here with us but the only pits left for sportsmen in outside in the parking lot... Don't understand this unless the pros are taking way more pits than before.....

Tech tomorrow and then first qualifying pass on Thursday Morning.....

 

Got thru tech woth no major problems... They had made one change and had to adapt to that but all went OK.... Now we are done until 8:00 am in the morning... First qualifying pass then and the second around 10:00am... Then class eliminations in the afternoon..... More when it happens....
