I have some ohio plates on my wall, ranging from 1980 to 2012. These plates went to various cars my family owned. We threw away anything with the VIN on it long ago. I had found a website that tells you history reports on a licence plate, but this only works for licence plates that are still in use. Is there any way I can uncover the history of these cars?
