IT'S A FORD
Ok so hopefully I don't get to much crap about this but its my moms 1962 Ford Thunderbird. So anyways I just replaced the front drums and shoes. NO problems with the replacement other than it was a pain to find the parts. Well I got it all replaced and jumped in the car to go break the brakes in and found that the pedal is hard to push. Brought it back home opened hood and heard vacuum leak. I found that the vacuum leak was coming from inside the vacuum booster so off with the booster. I got a new one from the Thunderbird parts store and installed it. Now the pedal is still hard and I replaced all the vacuum lines too. I did the some test like put foot on pedal and start engine to see if it moves and it doesn't, pump the pedal to see if it uses the reserve vacuum which it is hard right away. So hopefully someone here can help cause I'm lost right now. Thanks
