The Tucker 48

I got the privilage to visit the David Cammack Collection of Tucker Automobiles this past Sunday with my local car club. Man, you wouldn't believe the stuff he has. 3 Tuckers to start, lots of company papers/blueprints/etc., original Tucker car parts still in the boxes, several engines, a few chassis (even the first experimental chassie), and several original one of a kind items from the Tucker corporation. David Cammack is a Tucker encyclopedia. He spend 3 hours with us going over his collection, answering questions, and generally making our experience awesome! If your in the Washington DC area, I highly recommend contacting Mr. Cammack and setting up an appointment for the free tour. Its an experience you will never forget. My pictures and his contact information are below. http://theamcforum.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

Wow, what a collection of Tucker stuff. Thanks for the pics, very cool. I have always been interested in those cars, getting to see the pics of the engine set ups was really interesting. Thanks again. Feel free to keep posting cool pics of field trips you and your car club go on.:D
