Adam 12, Season 4 - Episode 5. They start out driving the old car, on the way to the first call, they're in the new one. Going into the turn before the crash, he's in the new car. When it goes over the bank, it's the old one. To me, that's a pretty big one. He's fighting the steering wheel to keep from losing it & then when he crashes, he's in a different car. Can't believe they let that one slip through.
