440 Rt

I am looking at a 69 charger 440 4 barrel with a 6 pack put on later at some time, moter is numbers matching. Figured this out from the Vin. my question is that it looks like a 70 did some one change all the parts to look like one or could it be a late 69 production that looks like the 70. Please Help

Could be any number of weird things, it is a Mopar after all! Are the taillights connected (like a 70) or separate (like a 69)? My money is on a front end collision repair with 70 parts. Is it registered as a 69?

I've been told "it's the other way around." so far as I know, all 69 1/2 "six packs" were aluminum intake, and "a few" 70 came with alumininum but the vast majority are cast iron

Please explain. What do you mean by "looks like a 69" or "looks like a 70?"
