'67 GTX with '68 marker lights?

Hello everyone, I'm new to the group, but anyone ever see a '67 GTX with '68 marker lights? The guy selling this car claims to be the original owner and has documentation. I just find it odd that it also has these marker lights. It's a '67 4-spd. Thanks!

Wonder why he would do this. I'll have to ask him.

Thanks!

It depends on when it was sold. The marker lights were a '68 mid year change due to regulations. If the car sat at a dealership into the '68 year they may have added the lights just to be safe. You will occasionally find an early '68 Charger without them.

I bought the car and shared the owner said he installed them. Mystery solved. I need to fix them because they don't work right. LOL! Thanks for the reply!
