77 dodge avenger d100 set the ignition timing

I'm looking to buy a 77 dodge adventurer d100 and it runs and shifts good, the owner said the ignition timing needs to be set. Is that a big job or a deal breaker ?

Setting the Ignition timing is not that big of a deal...
But
If it needs a cam timing set. That might be a repair you are not looking forward at paying for..
