New Guy

Hi everyone,
A brief intro:
I'm in Ontario, Canada and a Mopar nut. I love all Mopars however I'm a big fan of the 2 door sedans from the 1960's (the plainer the better, the more HP the better!) and also a huge fan of the "Forward Look" Mopars from 1956-61, having owned quite a few (my rarest being a 1959 Dodge Royal D500).

I'm a service advisor at a Chrysler dealer where Mopar Muscle is alive and well!
I look forward to participating on the forums.
Cheers,
Todd

Thanks for the welcome. Here's some photos of the ones that got away:
69 Coronet 440. I had this one in the late 80's. From Tyler, Texas. It still had it's original Alpine White paint. Factory AC. Funny thing is, the build sheet was for a Super Bee. I feel sorry for that Super B owner who had a Coronet 440 build sheet in his car!

Later I owned this 58 Belevedere Sport Sedan. It was from California and was very rust free. I love fins!

After the Belvedere I owned this 1958 Dodge Regent. Built in Windsor, Ontario and only sold in Canada, these are affectionately called "Plodges" since they were built with Plymouth bodies and Dodge front clips. It had the Canada only 251 Flathead

A rare site: A Plymouth instrument cluster stamped "Dodge"!

The rarest Mopar I've owned is this 1959 Dodge Royal D500.
It still had it's numbers matching 383. 1959 is my favorite year for Forwardlook Mopars.

I was sad to see the '59 go however it really needed to go to someone who could do a proper restoration. The new owner treated it to a frame off resto and it now looks better than new.

My wish list?
I'd love a 61 DeSoto or another 59 Dodge (there's a former CHP 2 door sedan I have my eye on)
