New member with alot of questions

New guy from NC. Finally getting around to restoring my Dad's old 1971 Super Bee. I;ll throw out a few questions here first before I start new threads in other sections.
Originally this was a 383 car when my Dad bought it new. He sold it changed hands one time but this owner pulled the 383 dropped in a 440 before dad bought it back about 13 years after he sold it. Has an edelbrock rpm performer sitting on it which was causing problems with hood clearance. Wanting to know if any one has used this rpm performer intake with the air grabber hood? Currently the car is tore apart body work painting, interior plus engine is getting redone.
Wanting to replace all the wires for the engine but looking at wiring harnesses on Year One kind of confused me. Thinking this is what I would need http://www.yearone.com/serverfiles/f...ain2.asp?cat=1
Main reason I want the wiring harness the wires have been hacked up to say the least.
Think that's it for the time being.

Are you looking to just do the ignition harness? Lighting harness? Both. I would stay away from year one only because they are super expensive for that kind of stuff. 71 is pre electronic ignition so just about any B body wiring harness from 67 to 71 should work. Chrysler made that stuff pretty easy. There isn't a lot of mystery to them. They are fairly easy to figure out. Go to www.mymopar.com and they have downloadable wiring harness diamgrams.
